Data protection is of particular importance to the management of Sabes GmbH, Austria (hereinafter referred to as JUCIFY) processes personal data in connection with the operation of its website and services.   3. c) „Processing“

  5. e) „Profiling“

  6. f) „Pseudonymization“
    Refers to the processing of personal data in such a manner that the data can no longer be attributed to a specific data subject without the use of additional information, provided that such additional information is kept separately and is subject to appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure non-attribution to an identified or identifiable natural person.
  7. g) „Controller“ or „Data Controller“
    Denotes the natural or legal person, public authority, agency, or other body which, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data. Where the purposes and means of processing are determined by Union or Member State law, the controller or the specific criteria for its nomination may be provided for by such law.
  8. h) „Processor“
    Means a natural or legal person, public authority, agency, or other body which processes personal data on behalf of the controller pursuant to a contractual or legal obligation under Article 28 GDPR.
  9. i) „Recipient“
    Refers to a natural or legal person, public authority, agency, or another body, to whom the personal data are disclosed, whether or not a third party. However, authorities which may receive personal data in the framework of a particular inquiry in accordance with Union or Member State law shall not be regarded as recipients.
  10. j) „Third Party“
    Means any natural or legal person, public authority, agency, or body other than the data subject, controller, processor, and persons who, under the direct authority of the controller or processor, are authorized to process personal data.
  11. k) „Consent“
    Shall mean any freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous indication of the data subject’s wishes by which the data subject, by a statement or by a clear affirmative action, signifies agreement to the processing of personal data relating to them. Consent must be verifiable and capable of withdrawal at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
